BRIEF PRESENTATION
The Laboratory of Pharmacognosy of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.TH) implements research, educational and demonstration programs in a wide range of subjects of the Pharmaceutical Sciences from the production-primary sector to the processing-secondary sector of agricultural products-food-medicines among other objects. In addition, it contributes to the transfer and application of modern know-how and provides technical support to interested processors through, among others, educational and lifelong actions.
ROLE IN PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
The Laboratory of Pharmacognosy of A.U.TH highlights the medicinal properties of antioxidant compounds in all application products and their contribution to human health. It also prepares the publication texts and participates in conferences – workshops with the aim of the results’ dissemination of the results. Finally, it provides to the ANTIOXCERT website new data.
