BRIEF PRESENTATION
Agricultural Cooperative of Olive Oil Producers of The Municipality of Kantanos Selinos was founded in 1930 and deals with the bottling of olive oil, which comes from the members of the Cooperative, with the wholesale trade of olive oil, the wholesale-retail sale of standardized olive oil, the sale of agricultural supplies-pesticides, the provision consulting services in the agricultural sector.
ROLE IN PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Selino Union, through its chemist, undertakes to inform the Scientific Team about the batching process that is followed during the olive oil bottling and the standardization of olives and the annual production program, in order to precisely determine the products’ sampling rate. It also provides the samples to be analyzed and the final products that participate in the exhibitions.
