BRIEF PRESENTATION
The vineyard of the personal company Jardel Christiane was planted in 2002 and the winery was built from 2008 onwards. It is a family business staffed by family members, all scientists. Two of the four members are specialized with studies in Agriculture, Oenology and postgraduate studies in the subject, in a foreign country. The company’s Technical Advisor is the emeritus professor of Oenology and Spirits A.U.TH., Evangelos Soufleros. The winery produces high-quality wines, available domestically, but also some quantities in European Union countries.
ROLE IN PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Petit Οινεώναs winery, through its oenologist, undertakes to inform the Scientific Team about the batching process that is followed during winemaking and the annual production program, in order to precisely determine the product’s sampling rate. It also provides the samples to be analyzed and the final products that participate in the exhibitions.
